General Conditions for Making Reservations


In order to make a reservation in LIVE&DREAM, you can contact us directly, or else use the on-line reservation system that we make available to you in the portal.

For the contracting of the reservation services, you must be of full age and have the necessary legal capacity to take on the obligations that are set forth in these general conditions.

The use of the on-line reservation service signifies the acceptance, by the user, of these general contracting conditions.

This service offers the user the possibility of reserving a room in LIVE&DREAM, in accordance with the following conditions:

 

1. CONTENT OF THE RESERVATION: Making a reservation includes the stay, during the period that you choose in one of the rooms of LIVE&DREAM.

 


2. CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SERVICES:

- Use of the room by a number of occupants higher than that declared when making the reservation is prohibited, unless it is specifically authorized by LIVE&DREAM.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel.
- LIVE&DREAM is not responsible for the objects of value that the users carry and/or leave in the room or in common areas of the hotel.
- The presence of animals is not permitted.
- The users will be responsible for any damage they cause to the room or common areas of LIVE&DREAM, as well as missing furniture and objects that may be detected in the rooms, on check-out. The amount of the damage or objects taken will be charged to the credit card account provided by the user.
- The user must use the services according to the laws, good practices and public order, being obliged not to use the services for illegal purposes or any contrary to these general conditions.

 

3. PRICES: The prices that are indicated through the portal are per room and night. VAT 8% included. The contracting of other supplementary services can incur other charges, of which the user will be informed in advance.

 

4. RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

 

  • 4.1- CONTACT:
  • In order to make a reservation you can contact us by means of e-mail, telephone, fax or through the reservation form of our portal. You must indicate to us the dates you wish to reserve and an e-mail for us to contact you.

  • 4.2- CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY:
  • Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail at the address that you provided, confirming to you our availability and immediately we will ask for your identifying data and that of your credit card, as guarantee of the reservation and your stay.
  •  
  • Reservations for 1 to 4 nights must be guaranteed by a credit card. No charge will be made in advance until the day your arrive at the hotel (check-in).
  •  
  • Groups reservations for 5 or more nights require a 30% deposit at the time of making the reservation.
  •  
  • All without prejudice to our cancellation policy.

  • 4.3- FORMALIZING THE RESERVATION:
  • Once we have your complete data, we will send you a second e-mail to the address that you provided, with the details of the reservations and its confirmation.

 

  • When you check in, we will ask for your DNI/NIF (Spanish National Identification Document/Tax Identification Number) and the credit card with which you formalized the reservation.

5. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in: after15:00 h
Check-out: before 12:00 h

 



6. PAYMENT OF SERVICES: The payment of the services and of the stay can be done by the payment system that you prefer: credit card or in cash, when you check out, except in those cases where it is necessary to make an advance deposit as indicated in paragraph 4.2. Cheques are not admitted.

 

 


7. CANCELLATION POLICY:

For reservations of 1 to 4 nights: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be free of charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for 1 night fee.

For reservations of 5 nights or more: Cancellations made more 5 days prior to arrival will be free of charge. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.

Group bookings (more than 2 rooms): At the time of booking will be charged 30%, non refundable in case of cancellation. The cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival won´t have any charges (except the non-refundable 30% charged at the time of booking).
Cancellations made within a period less than seven days, will have 50% charge on total booking.

General conditions for using the Portal

LIVE&DREAM reserves the right to modify the legal conditions that are expressed in this document, without advance notice, for which reason we recommend that you review it each time you use or contract our services. In case of doubt, contact us directly.

We state for the record that this Website is not especially directed at minors.
Access or use of the services that are set out in our portal signifies full acceptance without reservations by the users of the conditions expressed in this document. Therefore, the user undertakes to use them according to the law and public order, these general conditions and generally accepted good practices.
The use of e-mail is prohibited for activities of mass unsolicited sending of mail (spam), as well as the sending of any content or opinion that violates the laws in force.

In the event of breach of these conditions, LIVE&DREAM reserves the right to take those legal actions that it may consider appropriate in order to protect its legitimate rights.

LIVE&DREAM has adopted the physical, technical and management measures necessary to maintain the required security level, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, for the purpose of avoiding, to the extent possible and always according to the state of technology, its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access.

 

Exclusion of liability for the functioning of the Website
LIVE&DREAM disclaims any liability for the possible damages and losses that may be caused by lack of availability and/or continuity of this Website and of the services that it offers.
LIVE&DREAM does not guarantee the absence of virus or of other elements in the Website that might produce alterations in your computer system, for which reason in this regard it disclaims any type of liability.

CONSULTATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

LIVE&DREAM only processes information that has been voluntarily offered by the users, through any medium (fax, telephone, email, on-line through the portal), in order to request a service, ask questions or make a reservation. The act of visiting the portal does not signify any processing of data.

The data collected through these means will be processed confidentially by LIVE&DREAM and included in a file belonging to LIVE&DREAM, with the objective of attending to your request and, if you allow it, providing you with interesting information related to our services. The information will not be given to third parties without your prior consent.

 

STAFF SELECTION

In order to participate in our process of staff selection, it is necessary for you to send us your resumé by ordinary mail to LIVE&DREAM: Gran de Gràcia nº 73 Entr. 1ª Izq. (08012) Barcelona or to the address cv@liveanddream.com. Your information will be included in a file belonging to LIVE&DREAM with the objective of taking part in our staff selection process. Also, if there are no current vacancies, we will save your information for future staff selection. This information will not be given to third parties without your prior consent.

In any event, the user can exercise the rights recognized by Fundamental Law 15/1999, of 13 December on Protection of Personal Information and, specifically, the rights of access, correction or cancellation and objection, by sending a written text, along with a photocopy of your identification card, to LIVE&DREAM  Gran de Gràcia 73 Entr. 1ª izq.
